Using Nasal Spray
To use our nasal spray, simply spray up each nostril twice in one day. Before sunbed sessions, spray once up each nostril half an hour before exposure to the sunbed(keep in the fridge discard of your nasals 8 weeks after opening if not used )
Using our drops
Simply put 3-5 drops under your tongue daily.Do this again half an hour before your sunbed session.If you don't want to do that you can always add the drops to your drink instead (keep in the fridge discard after 8 weeks of opening your drops )
